    Can I Use More Than One Discount Code On My Order?

    You can't "stack" discount codes. If you have a 10% off discount code, you can't also use a "free shipping" code. Only one discount code at a time will be valid.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay, and QuadPay (more info about QuadPay below)

    Our prices are in US Dollars. PayPal or your credit card may charge a foreign transaction fee in addition to the exchange rate for foreign transactions. Please contact your lending bank prior to your order for more information on applicable fees.

    What is QuadPay?

    We partnered with QuadPay to allow you to pay for your purchase of $35 or more (after applied discounts, shipping, and taxes) in four interest-free installments over the period of 6 weeks.

    How do I get approved for QuadPay?

    In order to have an account with QuadPay, you must:

    -Live in the US

    -Be at least 18 years of age

    -Have a valid & verifiable mobile number

    -Use a US credit or debit card to make a purchase

    QuadPay will instantly be able to tell you if you are approved.

    QuadPay never performs a hard credit check on a customer and there is no impact on a customer’s credit rating by using QuadPay.

    Will I receive my order once I make the first payment?

    Your order will be processed as if you had paid for it in full. QuadPay only requires the first 25% of your order to be paid when you place your order. As soon as that is done, your order will be on the way.

    Are there any fees?

    There are no fees if you pay on time. We only charge a $7 fee on any installment that is overdue. If after 7 days the account is still past due, then a second $7 account fee is added.

    Can Customers Change a payment date or payment details?

    Customers can request to move a payment date moved by contacting support@quadpay.com. Please note, it can take 24-48 hours for the update to be reflected. You can change your payment information on your account here.

    How do returns, refunds, and partial refunds work?

    As soon as your return or refund is processed, QuadPay will refund the amount you’ve paid to-date and cancels all future payments. Just like you pay in installments we will refund you in that manner. So make sure you look through your credit card statement for 1-4 refunds from QuadPay.

    Most orders take 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) for our warehouse in New Jersey to process and package in addition to the delivery estimate time.

    **Due to the high order volume during the holiday weekend, please allow an additional 2 to 3 days for processing. We’ll update you via email as soon as tracking information becomes available.**

    We are happy to offer you a variety of flat-rate shipping options:

    DOMESTIC

    • USPS (1 - 7 business days in transit) for $5.95, unlimited items

    • FedEx Ground (1 - 7 business days in transit) for $7.95, unlimited items

    • FedEx 2-Day Air for $17.95, unlimited items

    • FedEx Overnight for $34.95, unlimited items

    Orders $60 and over are eligible for free standard shipping via USPS

    (Alaska / Hawaii orders have higher shipping rates due to increased shipping costs.)

    Delivery to P.O. Box addresses, APO / AE / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Packages shipped via the USPS shipping method to Rural Areas or General Delivery must be picked up from the local Post Office, USPS will not deliver to a home address.

    Note: FedEx 2-Day Air and FedEx Standard Overnight options do not deliver on Saturday. Any order placed after 1pm EST will automatically get processed the next business day.

    INTERNATIONAL

    • USPS International First Class Mail (4 - 6+ weeks) for $9.95, unlimited items

    • USPS International Priority Mail (6 - 10 business days) for $24.95 - $34.95, unlimited items

    Orders $60 and over are eligible for free standard shipping via USPS

    Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and may be due upon delivery. We happily ship to most countries. Please contact customer service if you do not see your country listed. Note that delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination.​

    **There is no tracking information available for USPS First Class International deliveries.**

    TAXES

    For domestic orders: Depending on your shipping destination, we will collect sales tax to be remitted to the appropriate US state. At this time, we collect sales tax for purchases made by New York state residents.

    For international orders: It is your sole responsibility to pay all import duties and taxes that may be due on your order based on your country's tax rules. Please contact your country's local tax office for more information.

    Why can't Harry Potter book cover products ship outside of US or Canada?

    Due to licensing restrictions, our official Harry Potter book cover tees and Harry Potter-themed socks can't ship outside of the United States or Canada at this time.

  • Returns

    What Is Your Return Policy?

    We hope our bookish products make you happy. If you are not completely satisfied with the items you received, we will gladly process an exchange or return within 30 days.

    Please send all returns in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached). We ask that when you first try on our tees, you don't wear any cologne/perfume/deodorant that may cause a scent or mark on the item (or we might not be able to accept the return).

    We will either exchange the item for another comparable item of your choice or, if preferred, refund the purchase price upon receipt. We will refund delivery charges if you originally received a faulty product or if we shipped you the wrong item. Unless otherwise indicated, all exchanges will be sent out via standard shipping.

    **If your order included a promotion, the return may bring you under the promotional threshold and the amount of the refund will be reduced by the retail value of the free item.**

    How Does Your Apparel Fit?

    Our shirts are super soft and treated to feel like they came from a different era. We use a variety of techniques to achieve this vintage look and feel. As a result, each of our shirts is unique with slight variations in color, distress and level of fading; wearing and washing continues this process.

    To ensure the best fit for you, be sure to refer to the fabric blend and size chart on each product page while browsing particular styles and follow garment care instructions.

    *Both of our Women’s (crew, scoop, v-neck) and Men’s/Unisex crew neck shirts are form-fitted. That said, most of our customers find that our men's / unisex shirts are generally true to men's standard sizing and our women’s line run on the small side. Our women's and men's t-shirts do vary in size from one style to the next. We always recommend that customers measure themselves against the individual size chart found on each product page for the best fit.

    Do you offer relaxed fit and plus size tees?

    How Can I Be Notified When The Size I Want Is Back In Stock?

    If the size you want is out of stock, you can be notified by email when it is back in stock. Toward the center of the product page, there will be a navy blue button that reads: NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE.

    Apparel

    Please see care instructions on inner neck label. In general for shirts, we recommend machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low, no iron and no bleach.

    For fleeces machine wash cold and hang to dry.

    Socks

    Machine wash warm. Tumble dry low. No bleach.

    Boxers 

    Machine wash warm. Wash with similar colors. Tumble dry low. No bleach.

    Totes and Pouches

    We recommend customers spot clean the tote bags and pouches as they get dirty instead of washing them. Typically you don't want to machine-wash a printed canvas bag because it can damage the print and shrink the fabric.

    If needed, the best way to keep it clean is to hand-wash with laundry detergent and warm water. For heavier stains, a scrub brush can be really effective, and for general grime, a terry cloth or regular wash-rag should do.

    *We do not recommend washing the colored tote bags. They are made with dyed canvas and are not colorfast.*

    Do Your Shirts Shrink?

    100% cotton shirts can shrink about 5 to 10% in the wash.

    Can Gift Cards Be Used In Conjunction With A Discount Code?

    Yes, gift cards are a form of payment. Unfortunately, Amazon gift cards are not accepted as a form of payment on Amazon Pay.

    How Do I Use My Gift Card?

    1. Add selections to your cart and go to the checkout page

    2. Enter your code in the Gift card code box under Payment method

    3. Click the "APPLY" button

    4. Your gift card code will automatically be applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total

    You can use multiple gift cards on the same order.

    Can A Gift Card Be Used To Buy A Gift Card?

    No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

    Can I Apply A Discount Code To My Gift Card Purchase?

    Most discount codes cannot be applied to gift cards. The exception is a product specific discount code where the product is a gift card.
