Back to School with Out of Print and DonorsChoose.org
For the second year in a row, a portion of sales during our Back to School sale will go towards helping fund projects through DonorsChoose.org. In 2015, you helped fund and complete 30 classroom projects. Whether you take advantage of our $20 adult tees/$15 kids' tees promotion or buy something else in our collection, you will be positively impacting the lives of students and teachers in the United States!
What is DonorsChoose.org? Their mission statement is: "We make it easy for anyone to help a classroom in need, moving us closer to a nation where students in every community have the tools and experiences they need for a great education." Since it's founding in 2010, teachers at 72% percent of all the public schools in America have created project requests, and 2,199,507 people have donated $447,635,925 to projects that inspire them. Over 19,148,350 students—most from low-income communities, and many in disaster-stricken areas—have received books, art supplies, field trips, technology, and other resources that they need to learn.

Kindergarten in Arkansas ... "The books that you have funded will enable students to read books on their level which will develop stamina, self-confidence, and problem solving skills. In addition, I will be able to expose them to setting, theme, and other genres in literature." - Mrs. Simpson, teacher
Second grade, California ... "When students hear someone reading a book that uses voice, this brings a story to life for the students. When they hear the reader use different voices for each character in the story it helps my readers understand that voice plays a major part in story telling." -Mr. Day, teacher
