Papercuts - A Party Game
Papercuts is a literary card game for the rude and well-read. It’s what Kurt Vonnegut, James Baldwin, and Virginia Woolf would play if they were alive, locked in a room together, and forced to play a card game. Papercuts can be played with 4 to 8 people and takes about 30 to 60 minutes to play a round. Each Papercuts game comes with 75 question cards and 175 answer cards, along with a set of rules. It also comes in a pretty neat little box, if we do say so ourselves! The rules of Papercuts are similar to the rules of card games like Apples to Apples™ and Cards Against Humanity™. All players draw 8 cards from the answer pile and the Editor flips over a question card to start the game. The Writers each submit answer cards to fill in the blanks and the Editor chooses their favorite submission. The winning Writer takes the question card for 1 point. The person to the left of the Editor becomes the new Editor, and the game continues until someone wins 5 points or everyone wants to go do something else. Box is 4" x 4" x 2.5"
